I tried as suggested by AMDX2 to file a bug using the bug reporting option.
It's broken as well. In fact I called Microsoft Vista Beta 2 support to let them know about it. Guess what? The bug reporting tool is broke. It's bugged.
So where does that leave us? No options to report a bug. :)

Can't file bugs using bug reporting tool
Umm, what happened when you tried it? Did the app that sends the report fail? It did for me after the first few bug reports I sent. It looked like MS was blocking me from sending it, like it was on purpose. I don't know.
I did send like 3 and then it wouldn't send anymore.
What you can do for now is reinstall Vista which may help, don't know, but possible. Also just send feedback then. I think at least that's better then nothing. Also keep opening the bug reporting tool once in a while as it checks for a new version when it opens each time. It may update itself someday.

I can finally run the setup for the "problem reporting tool". It reports that the "Microsoft Beta Client" has been successfully installed. Upon running the Microsoft Beta Client from the desktop, nothing happens. Task Manager doesn't show the application. The shortcut Start in: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Beta Client\Loader\"
Oh well. I guess the bug that someone posted on it will get addressed. I wish I had access to the bug list. sigh

Resolved. I was selecting the Microsoft Beta Client from the Desktop. Which wouldn't launch. I can launch it successfully from the Start menu.
